John Bailey is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and holds a first class honours degree in engineering. He has over 45 years experience in the gas turbine field and brings with him specialist gas turbine and control systems expertise.

John was Director and Head of Systems Technology with Power Engineering Limited undertaking consultancy assignments, specialising in control technology and systems and general technical management of CHP projects.

Prior to that John was with Ruston Gas Turbines where he was the Chief Engineer

Later he became the Manager and Head of Technology, Rustronic Division, responsible for design, development and manufacture of the system, managing a team of engineers engaged on an expanding range of gas turbine control and monitoring systems.
